Google Ui Ux Designer interview questions

Interview was not on based on the skill related knowledge but they also focused on the theory and common understanding related to UI/UX Design . Basically more than designing , They focused on asking what comprise a good UI/UX Design.

This was through a recruiter for a short-term contract so the hourly rate was already worked out and there was no room for negotiation. My recruiter submitted me and within two weeks a Hangouts interview was set up. It was about 30-40 minutes. The hiring manager was professional, considerate and asked me relevant questions.
