H&M Customer Advisor interview questions

Group interview, about 10 participants, 6 recruiters, we sat in a circle and was asked a series of questions. They start with an ice breaker "tell the person next to you a unique fact about you" then they have to announce that fact to the group - HINT they give you coloured ribbons be sure to address people by the colour of their ribbons not their names. They ask around 10 situational questions as a group we need to find solutions. To end we have 5 minutes to set up a mock sales floor with staff, while being asked questions - this is to test team work and multi-skilling
