Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a couple weeks later inviting me to an interview. The manager was just as lovely in person as he was on the phone. The interview itself was very laid back, I was asked general questions regarding my experience and working in a team. Following this, I was taken onto the shop floor to do some tasks, mainly clearing rails and replenishment.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
