Interview had a group dynamic in the beginning, followed by a individual task. And in the end we had our private interview. The group dynamic took around 2 hours and the individual 30min. The whole process took all day.

Easy enough. Didn’t ask too many questions just same basics about my background and working hours. Was short. They were slow to reply initially and took a while to actually book it in

Job offer within 2-3 weeks of interview, they will check your right to work and ask for previous retail experience which you need to have to procced to the next stage, online assessment too
During mass-recruitment period, interview was conducted in a team-role play kind of direction. Felt that they were observing how we interact and work together in a team despite everyone being relatively unknown with each other.
