Interview
Invited to a group interview alongside around 15 others. Split into 2 groups to carry out a number of activities. Including making a poster on 5 things that makes a good "customer advisor". Difficult to get a word in when there is so many people. Felt like the Hunger Games

Interview
It was a group interview. They got us to do some group activities. First we had icebreakers where we introduced ourselves and given a short question. "If you were a celeb who would you be" One activity they gave us scenarios and what we'd do in each situation. E. G. A customer leaves change behind and leaves the store, what do you do?
We also had an activity where they gave us a brief description of someone (girly but attending a rock festival)and we had to create an outfit from fashion magazines and explain it.
