Question 1
Described a bad day at work, what caused that and how did you manage it?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at H&M (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was a group interview, which was around 30 minutes. The interviewer explained the job and asked us some simple questions. Then we were asked to go to the sales floor and play the role of a sales associate. After that, we came back to the room and answered a few more simple questions. They don’t care about previous experience, it’s not important to them. They care about nothing but someone who engages with customers, even though I have never been greeted there as a customer and usually have to search for someone to ask my question. Anyway, just be yourself and talk to customers when you are asked to act as an associate in the interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at H&M in Apr 2021
Interview
First is phone interview, then in person interview (in London), then final zoom call interview with head of department and HR. Mainly talking about my portfolio and interests, and past experiences. Pretty standard
