H&M Part-time Sales Advisor interview questions

Applied online, was a new store so had to wait for interview. Phone interview first. Group interview with 4 other applicants and 2 managers. Very easy interview. Received call about a week later for a second interview, showed up for second interview and was told I was hired.

There were two parts, one was the phone interview and then there was the in person interview. Both were pretty standard while at the same time being non-standard. The hiring manager and store manager both seemed to really care about me as a person. The questions weren't white and black and were about how I would handle situations without involving a manager. They emphasized teamwork and accountability. It was a pretty laid back affair.
