Difficult- manager knew me on personal level. want someone who is ready to work. need to know • Customer Service first of all is knowing the‘customer is always right’. Keeping the customer happy is the main role As you are usually the first point of contact, how you present yourself and your overall attitude is always remembered

Interview
It was really quick. I had two interviews. The first one is with two managers and they asked basic questions like "Why HM" "Tell us about a bad customer service story" and then the second interview, is basically in your hand. Its with the store manager and they kinda ask you the same thing and if they like you, you basically got the job.
