H&M Part-time Sales Advisor interview questions

I applied online and a few weeks later, I received a phone call and had a phone interview right there and then. I was then invited for a face-to-face interview with 2 of the managers. I thought it went well but 2 weeks later I was called back for an assessment day so the manager could see more of my personality. 2 days after the assessment day, I got a phone call informing me that I had got the job!

Initial phone screening to determine availability, hourly rate, and retail experience. If selected for an in person interview it will be in a group format usually with the manager who hosted the initial phone screening. Then there is a third interview with the store manager.
