H&M Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The manager interviewing me was very kind and made me feel at ease. She asked me about my previous work experience (which was limited), I told her about my volunteering and incorporated my skills I had developed from school.

It was pretty laid back. They asked basic interview questions. What they look for is someone who is excited to work for H&M, someone with a great and upbeat attitude and someone who understands and has similar values as the company (like working as one team). I came in for a second interview with the store manager and was offered the job during that interview.
