H&M Sales Assistant interview questions

Group interview. First asked about 3 words to describe ourselves, then what makes a good customer service person. Questions were then situational base: someone walks in asking for 50 white tshirts what would you do (e.g. check for who the tshirts are, what sections would you find them in)

first, phonecall to arrange an interview, then during the interview we had conversation about previous experience and education, skills recognition, hypothetical situations and how I'll react, both with costumers and with the other stuff.
