The first interview was with a recruiter, and it went really well it took about an hour to get done. It was over the phone, and was extremely thorough with asking questions about each job I have had.

The recruiter asked how I liked each job, and asked me to compare them to each other.
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

Interview
I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.

Interview
Average interview experience. Lasted 30 minutes and shadowed unit. Interviewed by other RN as well. Asked typical interview questions. Very quick interview and hiring process. Took about 3-5 days to answer.
