Interview
Behavioral based interview via skype and web conference. It lasted about 2 hours and was done remotely, which I found to be very efficient and cost savings. I met with the HR team, then with the VP of the division and lastly with my peers.

What are your greatest strengths? When was a time when you did not accomplish a goal, what did you do about it? This type of interviewing process is not consistent throughout the organization, but contingent upon the job you are being interviewed for.
