Received call from naukri Took 7 days to schedule the interview But they released offer after 3 months & in between i joined another company. There process is very slow and HR dont pick calls. I called them 3 to 4 times and after after that i stopped calling and joined another company as my notice period was over in my current company but they still released offer after 3 months

I have appeared for interview thrice for interview in HCL since 2018. All the three times I got selected and had a discussion with HR regarding salary package. HR agreed and I received an email to upload documents 2 or 3 days later. Each time, after uploading of documents, no one contacted me. I got HR number from one of my friend and every time he says that they do not have position to map. Don't know why do they conduct interviews in bulk when they do not have positions.
