HSBC Customer Service Representative interview questions

Initially, the branch manager will call you directly to ask a few questions and arrange an interview. The interview is during the Christmas time and New Year. After the interview, they will send you the result within 2 weeks.

interview process took forever around 2 months then the questions and assessment i think didn't really reflect if you would be good at the job or not. just centred around time management.
