i was asked 2 questions on of a time i could remember dealing with an unhappy customer and another asking me to recall a time i struggled to reach a target but i overcame and succeeded excellently.

One people asking question, and recording on her laptop. One people who is the branch manager and he just do listening. Around 20-30 mins interview.

Interview
Made the application online and straightaway got sent the online assessment. Got notified by email within next 2 days that I had been successful and would get a call for phone interview. The telephone interview took 30 mins and was competency based question like how did u go over and beyond for a customer etc. I got told straightaway I passed and was told I would get email within few weeks to be called to face to face interview.
