Applied online, then phone interview where they ask you a few questions (prepare for them), then interview at the branch with two managers (study the company and be prepared). Next is background check.

There was only one interview with a recruiter. I would say it was a typical procedure. It was a bit impersonal like that they did not care about you as a person. It was more like an interrogation, just question and answers there was no conversation with a flow for example. The recruiter had a pokerface which happens most of the times in cases like that, so it should not discourage you.
