It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I did all the requirements online and then got to meet everyone on the desk I could potentially work on. I ended up getting an other internship offer so I declined that one

Interview
The first step was to fill in the online application which had 4 short answer questions. Next, I had to do an online assessment which was pretty manageable. Then, I had a phone interview which lasted about 45 minutes. The interview was to find out your interest in the internship and some behavioral questions. Currently, I am still waiting for the results of the phone interview.
