Interview
The whole Process starts with two easy rounds about your knowledge and experience, about your last organisation and work culture difference, including a round about Information of HSBC and their client and a situation analysis paper Test before final HR round. Negotiation and offer letter takes 25 days.
the overall interview is totally a happy one, no harsh time
the time that i have an interview with is a one to one personal interview with the line manager
Doesn't explain why they rejected, interviewer sounds dismissive. When asked for reason, they did not get back nor explain the reason for rejection. I think it is important to have common courtesy
Online interviews
Asked a lot of situational questions and questions about my working experience and history.
Interviewer didn’t share much about the current team and reason of hiring.
The interview is around 1.5hr long.
