Interview
1st round interview half an hour competency questions, 2nd interview was a writing test.
3rd interview to meet team members then wait a month for background check.
The total process took 2 months.
the overall interview is totally a happy one, no harsh time
the time that i have an interview with is a one to one personal interview with the line manager
Doesn't explain why they rejected, interviewer sounds dismissive. When asked for reason, they did not get back nor explain the reason for rejection. I think it is important to have common courtesy
Online interviews
Asked a lot of situational questions and questions about my working experience and history.
Interviewer didn’t share much about the current team and reason of hiring.
The interview is around 1.5hr long.
