I went through a recruitment agency for my final PI & HR round.
Going through an agency makes a huge difference, as their consultants often guide you through before the rounds begins.
The PI was quite basic.
The interviewer was a bit uptight, however once I convinced him about my abilities he became quite friendly and the rest of the interview went smoothly.
The final HR round consists of the CTC negotiation.
