Interview
There were 2 rounds of interview conducted by HR. The first Interview was outsourced to an HR in mainland China. It took 30 minutes without follow up. They will go through the questions quickly. As for second interview, it was hosted by a senior manager who was quite chill and relax and took 30 minutes as well. He was willing to share with me his experience

Question 1
Strength and Weakness, Why HSBC, Why commercial banking, and 3 competency questions
the interview process was very quick and simple they did not go into detail regarding what the role is about they just asked why i wanted to join hsbc and one other question, it ended in 10minutes
The interview and the interviewers were really friendly and warm, especially for a student with not much experience. The process may be daunting but the interview was good. the questions were mainly about fit questions so just be aware of yourself.

Interview
One round of interview started by self-intro then mainly focus on experiences on CV. The interviewer asked many detailed questions about project experiences on CV. Overall experience is professional and good.
