The process of hiring in HSBC Sri Lanka is a bit long because there are 3 interviews which will be held on 3 seperate timings and a series of tests.
After you get through the first steps which is a face to face interview and followed with some tests to determine the level of knowledge. and if you get through all this you will be asked to bring in a set of documents (Originals & Copies) within a week or two and after you submit all the documents and it will be sent to another place for verification and processing where it will possibly take a month or more because a large number of candidates applications are being verified.
And if all is good they will send the confirmation offer letter and a date to join.

Question 1
Flexibility to work on a roster basis (Day & Night shifts)
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle
I was invited to do an online assessment that was about answering a fake call from a customer and helping them through a banking problem they were having, then a screening call, finally an in-person interview
Easy enough , staff nice , star questions , be confident , make eye contact , be enthusiastic show skills , enjoy it , try hard . Ask questions like a typical day
