Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews. Both of them were technical rounds hosted by different levels of management. Most of the focus was on financial knowledge regarding the role.
HR interview was not conducted and the interaction with HR was only while signing the offer letter.
The interview was a Face to face interview, short apt test is required after application submission. When interview was asked about behavioral questions and previous working experiences related to the role.
It was a smooth process. There were 2 rounds of interview. The first round was completely technical where I was asked questions about my experience, projects and given a couple of technical questions. The second round was more techno-managerial where I was given some scenarios to understand my approach.
