First Interview – With the Compliance Manager; focuses on regulatory knowledge (e.g. AML, KYC, UAE Central Bank rules). Technical Assessment (optional) – Scenario-based test or case study on compliance issues. Second Interview – With senior leadership (CEO/COO); evaluates strategic thinking and business alignment. Reference Check & Offer – Final background checks followed by a formal job offer.
