Interview
The interview process was crystal clear and well-defined for hiring a software developer. They did not ask any quantitative or aptitude-based questions; instead, they focused purely on coding skills and conceptual clarity, which is much better than most other companies.
Hiring Process:
First, students were shortlisted based on their resumes (around 1100 students were selected from my college). After that, a coding test was conducted on their platform (similar to HirePro). The test took place on campus under proper supervision and was well-structured. It consisted of 3 coding questions:
Q1. Continuous subarray sum divisible by K
Q2. Lexicographically smallest string after removing K characters (order preserved)
Q3. Given a list of strings and a query, search from the end. If found, return the complete block; otherwise, return "-1".

L2- System Design [ Where i got out ]

Question 1
L1. LeetCode medium questions based on array, string one who has knowledge about of map and prefix sum like stuff can easily play
L2. They are giving direct question design the uml, entity diagram , class diagram of IRCTC, Book My Show, Lib management like stuff and at the end they will tell you to make table and write a query basically multiple joins are required.
its easy i will not tell the question is hard one who have done some stuff can easily go through it

Friendly recruiters, smooth process, no pressure. Cleared coding round, gave DSA interview. Though not selected, it was a valuable learning experience.

I applied through campus pool.
We 1st went through a online assessment round which was conducted on campus. Then 19 members got shortlisted for technical interviews. We were called to the Bengaluru office for face to face interviews. It went very smoothly.

They expect you to dry run the code in the 1st round and check for your understanding in dsa. Then questions on the mentioned projects and general questions from your resume are asked.
