Henkel Brand Manager interview questions

I had a bad experience with the recruiting team (ADP), the person who called me didn't know the role I was applying. She started to make questions that were completely unrelated until I stopped her. Then she told me she would call me back in an hour with the correct questions, she called, but one hour late and not even saying sorry. After that, I received an email that I was not selected, but then I received another email to invite me to an on-site interview. The onsite interview was great, the Hiring Manager (finally someone from Henkel!) was really attentive, explained the role, process and answered all of my questions with details. I did not get the job I believe because I did not have the specific experience they where looking for. Please Henkel, do something about your recruiting team, horrible experience.
