Bonne accueil chez Henkel dans un salle de reunion. Il y avait deux femmes qui sont passées, une par une. Ce n'était pas très formal, mais elles vous donnent une chance de vous exprimer vos competences, points forts/faibles, etc.

HR person was nice, overall process went smooth but the initial waiting result was too long. Too many rounds. Even after I answered the question, they rejected me without any valid justification. The question was unclear to me.
2 rounds of interviews, and they are all really kind and nice. Some basic questions like introduce yourself, why company why position, tell a time that ..... and the process is really smooth

why position and what you want to gain from the internship
The interview is a 30-minute call with an HR representative where you run through your curriculum and show your motivation to join the company. They ask you to name at least one of Henkel’s brands.
