Was asked to create a PowerPoint presentation covering 15 minutes and include items like personal interests, etc. that are not relevant to the position. That is a lot of time and prep work for a supervisor role interview. Just have a normal interview process, simple back and forth conversation and questions...none of this dog and pony show stuff.

Interview
It was a fair. Very strange and unusual for this position and level. Lots of waiting and did not start on time. First a meeting with the hiring manager (operations manager) and then a tour of the facility.

The hiring process takes too much time, also they have invited me for 3 times and every time i didn't get any feedback.
