I had the very first interview with an HR intern. The interview went really well, she was very friendly and she put me at ease very quickly, It was really great. On the other hand, what I regretted and what I really didn't like was that the recruiter had booked an appointment for me with the department manager for an interview 2 days later, and that 24 hours before the appointment I received an email to tell me that the appointment was cancelled since they had just filled the position. It's a shame; you don't fill the position from one day to another. They were already really advanced in their process and they shouldn't have had me interviewed.
