Henkel interview questions

It was such a long and drawn-out process. First ADP will reach out and ask basic questions. Then I had a panel interview on the phone. After the panel interview, there was an onsite interview. After the onsite interview, there was another panel phone interview. There were repeated questions in each interview. It was frustrating and a waste of time. Please keep in mind that a candidate applying for a position at Henkel has their present job to focus on also.

Nach einer kurzen Einführung musste ich mich vorstellen. Im Interview passierte nichts Ungewöhnliches. Keine technischen Fragen, da ich anhand der Stellenausschreibung erraten konnte, was ich sagen sollte. Ich musste eine kurze Präsentation meiner früheren Arbeit vorbereiten, habe es aber versaut und nicht abgeschaltet. Dafür habe ich negatives Feedback bekommen. Ich habe ein bisschen aus diesem Interview gelernt, war aber ein bisschen fassungslos, als wir über das Gehalt sprachen.
