I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Henkel (Amsterdam) in Oct 2020
Interview
Was called without appointment for a very short, easy, initial screening regarding general motivation and availability.
Afterwards, we planned a time for an interview with two team members, and a few days after another interview with a third team member.
A few days later I was called with the offer.
The total process took a little over one week, so it was very fast.
