I applied online. I interviewed at Henkel (Budapest) in May 2020
Interview
The interview is very straightforward and it's done efficiently. After a short 20min introductory phone call from HR, an hour-long skype interview happened with a line manager and the same HR person. Besides the usual interview questions, the LM tested my theoretical knowledge of supply chain management, and I also did an Excel test (using VLookup was the most complex task). After passing this round, HR sent me a case study to prepare for the final interview with the LM that I'd work with, who also asked me some general interview questions and was interested in my motivation and past experience. The CS was related to the possible projects, candidates would work on later.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Henkel (Geneva, NY) in Sep 2020
Interview
Very professional and together. I had to watch a safety video before going into the factory. The factory was old but clean. Manager was helpful and nice. Employees were nice also. I was surprised how big the factory is. The new machines looked expensive and well kept. Overall impressive. Lots of activity with new equipment and construction. It looked like they have a good future and I didn’t see employee concerns during the tour. I am glad they toured me and took the time for meeting the management.
