I applied online. I interviewed at Henkel (Düsseldorf)
Interview
Very quick. I was invited about a week after I applied and was told the result a week after the interview.
The questions during the interview were all very easy and looks like the main questions were asked to determine how enthusiastic I am about the field and the engagement level. I did not have any prior experience in the field but it didn't seem to bother the interviews as long as I could explain what I already knew and why I wanted to work there.
