I applied online. I interviewed at Henkel (Bay Point, CA)
Interview
There were a curiously large number of agencies recruiting for this position. In fact, I noticed this requisition posted months before deciding to apply, because I had been advised of a putrid hourly pay rate considering regional cost of living and what was being asked for in terms of education and experience. Nonetheless, I eventually elected to proceed. The company first extended a telephone interview which went well enough. Shortly after, I was invited for an on-site interview with the engineering manager and his colleague. The interview mostly was straightforward and I was confident that I had the experience they were looking for. I never heard back, which was just as well. I don't even know this position was an actual opening or if the company simply was fishing and/or stockpiling candidates, but after this experience, I would never work here.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Henkel (Makati City) in Mar 2018
Interview
There was first a phone interview asking the standard questions. Afterwards I was called in for an exam and a face-to-face interview with the superiors on the same day. The exam was to see how well you could adjust to the program they used for the job and the interview was standard. They were all very nice.
Scheduled interview via automated messaging system (lol) and then showed up to in person interview. Waited 25 mins before leaving, as no one showed up to interview me... however reception was thoughtful and helpful.
