What did I think of the collective assessment what are my motivations
It was Ok, long process, and too many questions, in the end the offer was not the best, and I had other priorities. However the discussion with the head of Engineering was really interesting.

Very unprofessional process. Both interviews arrived late, asked very few questions and left because they had work to do. There experience in the company was less than a year for one of them and 3 years for the other.
