Interview
I received an automated message to schedule a time for a phone interview. A recruiter (I hope) called me at the scheduled time. The interaction was really off-putting. The interaction seemed as if they were reading questions off of a checklist and weren't making any effort to know the candidate. The recruiter was not engaged at all and did not care for my answers. For a company that makes such great products, their hiring process, assuming my experience is the norm, leaves a lot to be desired. I hope Henkel doesn't miss out on candidates who care for the company and the role because of their approach to hiring.
