Henkel Technical Manager interview questions

It all starts with a call from the HR department, well they do some basic questions and scan you to see if you are fit for the position. Then you will get another interview with your direct supervisor and other members of the Management team, interview was both in English and Spanish. After that there was another interview with members of upper management, this time only in English. All interviews lasted about 1h each.
