Interview
Filled out online application. The company had me perform a Predictive Index and Professional Learning Indicator screenings. No one ever contacted me after that point, and the application that had been showing on their application site just vanished. Only after calling did they inform me that they'd changed the job position and were no longer pursuing candidates. Had I not called, I doubt they'd have ever communicated, as they also did not respond to email inquiry.

Interview
Met with department manager to explain job roles and discuss compensation packages. Manager also described how their organization works and what a typical sales day would consist of. In addition, the manager discussed the growth potential for new hires and growth timelines within the organization.

Interview
The hiring process involved using a third party executive recruitment agency. The recruiter conducted a telephone screen and passed my resume on to the HR Director. I conducted a telephone interview with the HR Director and the hiring Vice President. I was scheduled for a series of personality tests with a third party employment services company. After meeting the personality requirements of Henry Schein, I was scheduled for a day of in person interviews with several Vice Presidents and the Chief Operations Officer.
