Received a call from the person who would be my manager. A small phone interview with some basic questions on computer support. Was asked how to print a document, why a document won't print and how you would go about troubleshooting that problem. Then scheduled an interview. On the day of the interview I went to the office and had an interview with a very nice lady from HR, asked what you knew about the company, why you want to work there. Pretty standard. After that I was told to wait in the lobby and two managers would interview me. When my name was called we went to a back room and they both took turns asking me questions. Some were technical and some were customer service oriented. Was asked what the boot process in windows is from power on to desktop. Pretty standard for technical support. After the interview I was told that after they had talked it over they would give me a call. About ten minutes after I left I received a call from one of the managers, and was offered the job, and told me to come back to the office when I could to fill out paperwork and for a drug screening which was to be done at a lab down the road.
