Interview
It was a group interview in the lounge of the store and everyone would get asked the same question in random order. First they had everyone sit in the lounge together, probably to see how we would interact with each other. Questions consisted of how would you describe the Hollister style? How would your friends and family describe you? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What are important goals in your life?
Very simple easy interview process! Found questions online and it pretty much matched that! Manager was very kind and supportive. Had a verbal interview on site and started work soon after!

Hypotheticals about customer situations and how you would approach it.
The interview was a group interview. I was then sent an email later that day including the job offer. After that, I got a phone call to set up an orientation date.
It's a group interview with about 5-6 people and you go one by one answering questions. You get amrked 1-5 based on your answer. the answers are easy questions nothing too hard
