Applied online and got a same-week in-store interview. It was casual and quick—basic introductions, a short brand/availability chat, and a couple of simple customer-service scenarios. The manager asked about schedule flexibility, comfort approaching customers, and teamwork. I got feedback on the spot and an offer later that day.

Very simple easy interview process! Found questions online and it pretty much matched that! Manager was very kind and supportive. Had a verbal interview on site and started work soon after!

The interview was a group interview. I was then sent an email later that day including the job offer. After that, I got a phone call to set up an orientation date.
It's a group interview with about 5-6 people and you go one by one answering questions. You get amrked 1-5 based on your answer. the answers are easy questions nothing too hard
