Applied online, a few days later I received an invite to an online video interview. I completed on the same day. 10 days went by, I phoned the store who then told me the position is filled, despite the fact that the job is reposted every other day to LinkedIn

Definitely Not a great interview the interviewer made me wait 10 minutes, and made us interview outside of the store. Walked off mid interview it was so unprofessional and strange.
Very simple group interview process, the questions were very easy and basic, such as "describe what is your favorite aesthetic," and "how would you help a customer looking for jeans"
