First stage there was online questions not with an actual person . You record yourself speaking and move onto the next question . They also said to dress how you would in a normal interview .
it was a group interview in the store with aBout 15 people, we went one By one answering regular interview questions. It was not great to stand out. But pretty easy I'd say.

Pre-recorded interview questions, no human interaction at all in the first section of the interview process. Made it very difficult to show your personality and an example of your interaction style with customers, especially in a sales environment.
