      Model Interview

      Jun 20, 2012
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Palm Beach Gardens, FL
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) in Jun 2012

      Interview

I interviewed at both Hollister and Abercrombie. For Hollister, I walked in and asked to fill out an application online and the recruiting manager said that interviews were every Tuesday and Friday at 4pm. For Abercrombie, a recruiting manager approached me and asked if I was interested in working at Abercrombie. He then gave me the application to fill out and I was scheduled for the next interview. The same questions were asked to each person and they let you "pass" on questions if you wanted to come up with a better answer. The questions at Hollister and Abercrombie are the same for each position regardless of if you are applying to Hollister or Abercrombie. Impact positions have a shorter interview than models because the recruiters want to get to know the potential models more since models interact with customers.

      Interview

A common question asked in group interview settings is, “What does diversity mean to you?” It's a foundational topic that allows candidates to express their understanding of inclusion, equity, and respect for different perspectives. This question often opens up dialogue around how individuals value unique backgrounds, experiences, and identities in the workplace. It's not just about race or gender—it encompasses cultural, generational, and even cognitive differences. Employers use this to gauge how someone might contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone feels seen and heard.

They choose who they like. Not difficult just don't be weird. There lost their sheen recently though so you should be fine if you don't fit the mold. Is there not 30 words yet this is ridiculous I don't know if I can trust this site
