I set up the interview (witout even filling out an application, which I was told to fill one out that nigt), and I went in the following Tuesday. I interviewed with one other person; the store manager explained the position and talked about the company. He asked basic interview questions, and said we'd hear back in a week. I followed up a week later and got the job.
