Interview
You sit on boxes in the corridoor of the backroom - next to the toilets - and everyone has to tell the recruiter something about themselves.
Questions involved:
- What do you do? (Field of study, current plans or projects, future plans)
- Why would you like to work at Hollister?
- Describe Hollister in 3 or 5 words. (You will have to give them a positive response such as consumer-orientated, market-aware, trendy, fresh, colourful, diverse, unique, selective, high-quality, luxurious etc.)
It was very easy. they asked you about your retail experience and asked behavior questions that were very easy to answer. So I thought it was straight forward in my humble opinion
Apply online and invited to group interview with approx. 5 other people. The interview is in a casual environment e.g. in the shopfloor, interviewer was welcoming and easy to get along with

Group interview to go over basics, one on ones after main group. Questions were straight forward and helped see what personalities would fit. Went over benefits and other normal items
