I walked in and got a paper to apply online because I didn't want to stay inside and apply. I chose an interview day and showed up. The managers were hot of course. It was a group interview of 3 including me. We sat outside at a table and went around randomly answering questions aimed at the position you applied for (model or impact). The questions were average. Whats your weakness? The importance of working with others? Importance of diversity in the workplace? One word to describe hollister and its clothing? Personal strengths and weaknesses?

There were some specific questions directed towards hollister as a company so you must know what the store is like that you are applying to.
Very simple easy interview process! Found questions online and it pretty much matched that! Manager was very kind and supportive. Had a verbal interview on site and started work soon after!

The interview was a group interview. I was then sent an email later that day including the job offer. After that, I got a phone call to set up an orientation date.
It's a group interview with about 5-6 people and you go one by one answering questions. You get amrked 1-5 based on your answer. the answers are easy questions nothing too hard
