Not too difficult. Simple interview with traditional questions to make sure you are competent and can perform the job required. They also want to make sure to fit the style of the company and values.
It was very easy. they asked you about your retail experience and asked behavior questions that were very easy to answer. So I thought it was straight forward in my humble opinion
Apply online and invited to group interview with approx. 5 other people. The interview is in a casual environment e.g. in the shopfloor, interviewer was welcoming and easy to get along with
