I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Augusta, GA) in May 2011
Interview
I applied through the designated computer in the store, which asked when I was available for a group interview at the mall. They called to confirm the date soon afterwards. I interviewed with about 8-10 other people with one of the managers calling out questions. We answered each question down the line of people, so you had to pay attention to make sure you weren't repeating somebody else's answer. They usually call back within a week to let you know if you got the job, I believe.

Interview
